Product support & maintenance provides technical assistance with Scalado™ SDKs and feature modules. Three different service levels are available to match your needs: Platinum, Silver and Gold. All levels include application programming interface support, issue management and delivery of maintenance upgrades. The main difference between the various levels is guaranteed response times. If time to market is critical for you, the Platinum level is probably what you need.
Product Support is available remotely via the Developer World. There you can read about the latest news and updates related to the Scalado™ products, such as roadmaps and coming features. You can also find useful tips and best practices shared by the Scalado™ imaging experts, reference applications and example code. The Developer World is also where you download the latest product binaries and report issues.
